The harvest in Susya was on the 25^th of Av (relatively early). Total harvest was 40 kilograms. Average sugar level in field at time of harvest was 23.9 brix. On the 13^th of Tevet we started bottling and ended up with a whopping 30 bottles!  According to all opinions ,the wine was magnificent with the taste of Shmitta throughout. We may have one or two bottles left for a special occasion.
