The harvest in Susya was on the 25th of Av (relatively early). Total harvest was 40 kilograms. Average sugar level in field at time of harvest was 23.9 brix. On the 13th of Tevet we started bottling and ended up with a whopping 30 bottles!  According to all opinions ,the wine was magnificent with the taste of Shmitta throughout. We may have one or two bottles left for a special occasion.
